EMDR
Life can be beautiful, but it can also be incredibly difficult. At times, people find themselves feeling stuck. You might be reliving painful memories, caught in repetitive thoughts, or carrying physical symptoms that don't seem to improve, despite your best efforts.
I pursued EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training through an EMDRIA-approved program because I saw how many clients reached a point where traditional talk therapy alone wasn't enough to help them move forward. EMDR is an evidence-based approach that helps the brain process distressing experiences so they no longer have the same emotional impact without having to share your story again.
In my practice, I use EMDR to help clients heal from both life-altering traumatic events and the more subtle, cumulative experiences that can shape how we see ourselves over time. Whether your world was turned upside down by a single event, or you've carried years of chronic stress, criticism, or emotional wounds, these experiences can contribute to persistent beliefs such as, "I'm not good enough," "I'm not safe," or "I have to do everything perfectly." EMDR be healing for both.
My goal is to help you process the experiences keeping you stuck, reduce the emotional weight of the past, and create space for greater confidence, resilience, and lasting healing.
